Every Kriya in Shirdi revolves around a huge temple complex dedicated to
Sai Baba. In the morning, devotees lined up to pay their respects and see the
life-long statue of Sai Baba. On Thursday, there was a special worship of Sai
Baba statue. There are other alternative places including Dwarkamai Mosque
where Baba meditates and sleeps alternate nights. Near the mosque, in a
corridor, there is a burning flame or eternal flame. Gurusthan, Kandoba Temple,

• Sai Baba Temple -
Located at the heart of the town, this houses the samadhi of Sai Baba. Entry is
free. One can also book special pass which costs Rs.99 per devotee for darshan
from Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust. Waiting in line is more than an hour on
weekdays and up to 2 hours on weekends.
The temple opens around 4.00 Am and stays open till about 10.00 Pm. At
the Samadhi site itself, it only takes a couple of minutes to accommodate
everyone to get a glimpse of Samadhi.
Gurusthan can be visited after Samadhi Darshan. Sai Baba first saw Sai
Baba by meditating on the people of Shirdi.. After that, one can go to the Udhi
counter and collect Udhi.The temple premises also has Samadhi of some prominent
devotees of Sai Baba.
It has a book shop where one can buy Sai Baba's books (Shri Sai Samarth
Satyarthi, Aarti books etc.). One can also get clothes and Prasadam is offered
to Sai Baba. Mobile phones and cameras are prohibited within the temple
premises.
• Dwarakamai -
Located adjacent to the temple complex, Dwarakamai is the name of the mosque
where Baba resided for an unbroken span of 60 years till hisSamadhi in 1918.
The structure has been renovated and contains the smoke from the fire Baba used
to burn. The flames will never die and the smoke that Baba lit a hundred years
ago is still there today. In addition, some of Baba's writings such as his
grinding, stone, stone on which he used to sit are in Dwarka.
• Chavadi - This is
located next to Dwarakamai. Every alternate day, Baba used to sleep in the Chavadi,
a few yaard away from the Dwarakamai. Even today, Baba's footprints are taken
in a formal procession from Dwarkamai to Chawdi on Thursday night.

• Khandoba Raya
Temple - This is the temple where the Mahalasapati first welcomed Sai Baba and
recognized that he was no ordinary saint. This is located on the highway,
approximately 5 minutes walk away from the temple.
